🧭 Meniň Günüm

Qibla direction

Hold the phone flat and the needle turns towards the Kaaba. Find the qibla in an unfamiliar city, at a friend's house or on the road in seconds.

How it works

The app reads the phone compass and your coordinates, then calculates the great-circle bearing to the Kaaba. A round compass and a gold needle are shown; when the needle points up, you are facing the qibla.

Keeping the compass accurate

Move the phone through a figure-eight in the air so Android recalibrates the magnetometer. Metal desks, cars and magnets distort the reading — step away from them.

Offline

The bearing is computed on the phone, so after one location fix no internet is needed.

FAQ

Does the qibla compass work offline?

Yes, it uses the phone compass and the last known location.

The needle keeps shaking

The compass needs calibration — move the phone in a figure-eight and step away from metal.
